A little slice of Heaven We can not begin to express how wonderful our two weeks stay was at Michel and Nicole’s beautiful property in Saint-Aubib-de-Nabirat. The cottage (gîte) was everything we expected and more. We felt at home the moment we entered the door. We found it an ideal location for making day trips to lovely surrounding towns and historic sites, or just relaxing and taking in the beautiful panoramic views. Michel and Nicole’s welcoming nature and generous spirit made our stay that much more special. Nicole’s expertise in her kitchen was on full display with the delicious appetizers and fine walnut wine we shared over pleasant conversation. As a added treat we had the privilege of meeting their son Rafael who was home for a visit and gracious enough to assist with translation when needed. If your travels brings you to the Southwest of France and the beautiful Dordogne region we wholeheartedly recommend this lovely property. Thank you Michel and Nicole for a most enjoyable stay. We will forever cherish our time there.
