"We spent a lovely week at Larcher, a gem of a “gite” in the Dordogne countryside. The renovated rustic stone house was well-equipped, comfortable and charming, on a large property with a view over the valley below. It was very private, and we enjoyed sitting and eating outside, surrounded by flowers and walnut and fig trees.The location was excellent, close to nearby towns and interesting places to visit. The swimming pool was a well-appreciated feature. Our hosts, Nicole and Michele, were gracious, generous and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would heartily recommend l'Archer.
